This home is ideal for renters who have a family or are looking to start one due to the great storage space that could be achieved, decent sized garden and vicinity to the town centre and all of the perks that come with that.
I would expect this property to achieve at least £650 rental income per calendar month which would equate to an annual yield of around 6.2% on the purchase price of £125,000. Cosmetic changes if you opt to carry them out to the property, would be minimal as there is nothing majorly wrong to do.
