Welcome back readers, I’ve got a quick little one bed semi to share with you all courtesy of our friends at Dixon’s Esate Agents. A source has told me the council are often happy to renew contracts after the 12 months is up, if that’s the way you decide you want to go.

Not sure is this one bed is worth 90K, then put in a very cheeky starting bid!
